There is a 15% restocking fee for any authorized returns. Shipping fee is not refundable and return shipping is at the expense of the customer. The item must be unused and in new condition. Used items however small will not be accepted as we do not sell partial rolls.

Return request must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods. Please email us with brief reason and condition of the item, then we will provide a return instruction such as address and RMA number. Any package shipped to our warehouse without RMA number will not be accepted.

Rest assured, defective films or wrong shipment due to our error will be taken care of at our expense.
